Where should I buy internal oak doors from ?

We want to change some doors in the house and my wife has picked the 4 panel oak door for most, with a couple of others being the half glazed versions of the same door.
Having previously worked in building industry I tried my local Howdens, but of course they only sell to the trade. As I’ll be fitting the doors myself I can not buy from there.
Of course, it may even work cheaper (and easier for me too) to just get a joiner in and buy through the trade. I don't know though the standard price for their door.
Does any joiner know the price of this door at Howdens (2'6" wide) https://www.howdens.com/doors-joinery-collection/internal-doors/internal-hardwood-doors/4-panel-oak-door/
(B&Q have similar doors at £100, or £150 for two)
Is there anywhere else I should try ?
Also, where should I buy ironmongery from ?

You used to work in the trade, send them out for pricing. Get multiple quotes and see who wants your business more and is prepared to give you the better deal. Howdens will probably still give you a price anyway, and anyone that does give you the price will probably different to what your local Howdens will charge. Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!0

Howdens will not give any prices to the public (at least my local one won't). My builder left his price list here, showing the ridiculous price he's supposed to tell me, and the more realistic price he can buy them for.
Wooden doors can be bought for approximately 50% of the price they tell the public.
If you can fit the doors yourself, there are many for sale online.0 -
I was in for something else so I thought I'd ask for you assuming non fire rated £120ish (didn't do any negotiations). If you get someone who uses them regularly then they may get a bit more off. I would still send them out to tender if you are doing the whole house and make them work for the sale. Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!0

thanks very much
I'll try a couple of timber merchants next week and maybe Travis Perkins too. May as well get the best price.
I think Howdens even have joiner's business cards in store, so I suppose there would be no harm done in contacting a couple and get prices through them.0 -
Just found these doors on Homebase web site
Seem OK and decent reviews, so might make a trip there tomorrow

Just remember how heavy solid oak doors are! We had a big shock, having been used to "ordinary" interior doors.......0
