Be careful letting Agencies Scam Nottinghm

hi people , i have just found out , about some letting agencies Charges people on the who seeking a place to rent on a up front fees . it could varies up to between 200/300 pound in which some cases is totally non-refundable .
the customer has to go through hazzle like T&C which in favour to their business malpractice conduct .
if you are looking for a place to RENT in Nottingham City Area please do your research , Letting Agencies are non-binding Government law on FSA. they are totally doing Draconian Business Act .

also be careful on BELVOIR LETTING AGENCY they are franchise ,and non- binding on FSA regulation .
British Consumer please be on the LOUKOUT :j

Most of them charge. You'll need to contact your MP to see if they can change the law.

I wonder if the OP has a letting business that is in competition with Belvoir so is taking the opportunity to have a dig at them?

No, you've mystified me, I have read it several times and I still can't work out what you are saying. What is your question?

I think they've just figured out letting agents in England charge non refundable fees to take on a tenancy.
    :footie:
:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p
