Bush fridge freezer, drip tray?

Hi,
I have a Bush fridge freezer. Had it for 5 years, never experienced any issues with it but for the past few days I can smell something. I believe it's coming from my fridge.
I've searched online and all comments I've seen lead to the drip tray. I've had a look at the back of the fridge and the only tray like thing I can see is above the motor. It does have some water that has not evaporated there.
Don't know how it removes I've tried but it wouldn't budge felt like it was attached.. Now unsure that it is the drip tray.

The drip trays are usually over the motor. The heat from them helps evaporate the water.... not always though. I have seen a drip tray full of iffy horrid looking mould before!
Some are, and some are not removable. The ones I have had in the past simply lift up. Look for any catches, tabs or screws that could be holding it in place.
I guess you have checked inside the fridge/freezer itself to make sure its not something like a rotten bit of food, or spilt milk?0
