I halved the amount, corn, spices, butter etc as I don't have any massive pans to accommodate all the popcorn. Made the popcorn with the wok oil and melted all the spices, butter etc together and poured it over the corn in the pan. Shook it for a good while to coat it well. It was GREAT, my boys loved it and it's very moreish. Was tempted to go and make another batch but resisted. It's good though, give it a bash. The caramelised buttery bits of popcorn left in the pan were fought over, it was that good.“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. Ok I'm going to try it
I usually toss the popcorn with grated Parmesan and melted butter, or sometimes pizza spices. I'll try it today -thanks Smiley Mum.

Well, I've just made some ready for their after school snack. It is very good
. I might add a bit more butter next time as the spice mixture has clumped together a bit at the bottom of my bowl (probably because I made it before I popped the corn). I shall also try it with smoked paprika and i might try the same spices on my hm munchy seeds
