PCN for my own private parking space!

Hi there
I have a private parking space that I purchased with my new flat. Last week I bought a new car and in the rush to go on holiday a couple of days afterwards I forgot to change over the permit to the new car.
In the time I've been on holiday I've now received two tickets. In reading all the sticky threads I'm not sure I have much in the way of grounds to appeal as the parking signs are very clear about the scheme being in operation.
However, despite my own mistakes in this I'm furious about having to pay two parking fines for parking in a space that I own! Would anyone on these forums have any suggestions on next steps I could consider?
Thanks,
Jossy

so you are an expert on signs now
you may have to re read if you can nor see any grounds for appeal

Read the sticky thread first...? Sorry but the sheer amount of new posts asking 'what do I do?' this week is astonishing, as if newbies have all gone blind to actually reading the advice threads first. Yet...you say you HAVE read it? So what's wrong with the template appeal?
Searching the forum for 'own space' would be an obvious keyword choice to find a hundred similar threads this year alone.

1.Follow the Sticky thread template and instructions.
2.Don't worry about it.
3.Get copies of your deeds/land registry info organised for submission with your rebuttal of the operators's evidence.
4. Don't worry about it,
PS: I ignored my points 1, 2, 3 & 4... lessons learnt0 -
If you do actually own the space, they are trespassing on your land.0
