It has been over two years since I posted on the forum because following all the helpful advice I received regarding a parking ticket at Liverpool Airport (summer 2013), I thought VCS and Rossendales at finally got the message and gone away.
Ha! No chance! Today I have received a letter from 'DCBL' Certified Bailiffs & High Court Enforcement.
They say that if I do not pay £160 within 14 days of the letter, my case will be reviewed for legal recovery and such costs will be added to my debt for recovery!
I really do not want to go through all the same process again writing letters to all and sundry, can I just ignore these eejits!

It would appear that dcbl are acting as debt collectors so the usual to ignore comes into operation. Meanwhile complain as advised on the other dcbl thread.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
