Money transfer - accepted but not enough

So I applied for an MBNA mastercard in the hope to be able to get a money transfer (which is currently sitting at £1300) and I was accepted to a 0% 12 month offer with a 4% transfer fee. Which is great! The only problem is the limit offered is only £500.
Do I A) say thank you but no thank you MBNA and continue to pay off my overdraft (at the moment Im currently paying off £300 odd a month) with a daily interest of 1.19%
or B) Do the money transfer at the lower amount to bring the interest baring debt down and just pay off the credit card within 12 months?
Virgin Money £0/£1445
TSB £0/£659.53
BOM £0/£1480
Tesco £8.36/£4647.26
Total £8.36/£8231.79 0.101%

Neither! You do C)...which is take the MBNA money and immediately throw in an application for a Virgin money transfer card in an attempt to get the rest of the cash required.

By the way, your O/D interest is most definitely not 1.19% per day!

Your right! Your right! Its 1.53% per month. My bad. My bad.
According to MSE soft check I wouldn't be accepted for a virgin money credit card.

I'd take the approach that I'd nothing to lose and everything to gain.
