Advice on musicmagpie small claims

Options
Hi, I have had a terrible experience with music magpie. I sent them 2 iphone 6's after being quoted a decent price. Both phones were unlocked at the same time using the instructions provided by music magpie. After a couple of weeks and chasing I recieved the money for the first phone but was informed that the more expensive iphone6 was still 'locked'. After again following the instructions provided I was once again told that they could not process a 'locked' phone. After a month of single emails to and thro I was then informed that it was their policy to just dispose of the phone. This means I do not get any money or the phone back !! so now I'm out of packet by over £100.. how is this a fair and decent service?

I want to take this further but also raise awareness of this lack of service from this company?

Has anyone taken Music magpie to small claims court? its not so much the money but the feeling that I've been 'cheated' out of my money.

Thanks

It seems as though you can't send them more than 1 of the same thing:

    Hi

This was two different Iphones just happened to both be iphone 6s.. They paid up for one and then I had problems with the other.. just happened to be the most expensive of the two.. I hadn't sent either of these to them before.. they just kept saying it was locked and sending me the same instructions over and over.. eventually they said I had run out of time and they were free to dispose of the phone with no payment.. I only ran out of time due to the fact it took them 2 weeks to reply to any email.
