HSBC PPI Claim

Not entirely logical when they offset PPI from a loan that I DID pay off, with a different company and they say the debt had been transferred to a third party (actually their in house collections)
I understand if I have a debt with HSBC then they want to recover that debt through PPI redress, can't complain about that and to be honest would rather be completely debt free.0 -

Otherwise, what is happening has already been explained..you'll never get a refund of monies you never paid in the first place.0 -
If you paid the debt in full and no agreed reduction was put in place then they should pay you. If the debt was reduced as part of an agreed settlement then their actions are correct.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
