Washing machine noisy when spinning

Hi all,
Got a 3 year old AEG washing machine from JL. Cost about £300 IIRC.
Started to get noisier during the fast spin stage.
Could it be bearings? Which I've heard are sealed inside and can't be replace easily?
If it is a problem is it best to:
1. Buy a new machine , 3 years service for £300 is only £9 a month
2. sign up for a d&g cover plan which is similar price per month and they repair /replace ??

Check your warranty lots of JL appliances had a 5 year warranty ??
Bearings should last more than 3 years.....is the machine level ??
Have the drum suspension springs come off / broken ??0 -
check that it isn't something as simple as it not being level? Get a spirit level out and check, that will have a huge impact on noise when spinning :-00

Will check the levelling later. It's defo out of warranty0

The drum turns manually very smoothly so I don't think its drum bearings....
How do I check drum springs??0 -
Did it start all of a sudden? Check inside the door seal and filter for clues. Change, bra wire and a ring have caused the drum to be noisy on the spin cycle before. Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!0

Take the top off the machine & have a look.
There might be a broken one or one might have just come off.
Do all the elf & safety before taking the top off and poking about !!
Turn off & unplug...........0 -
Put it on a spin cycle when it's empty.
If it's quiet then it is the springs not coping with an offset load,
if it's noisy then it could be a bearing or belt drive.I don't like morning people. Or mornings. Or people.0 -
Just before this happened the machine would not do the fast spin at the end of a cycle. Checked the filter then and drained it and switched off for a few hours (unplugged) and it started working again. Not sure that's related at all . The noise now is a rumbling, doesn't really sound like a coin or ring is causing it.0
