UKPC Parking fine

Hi guys,
Just got a tickets in a Asda car park from UKPC. it says fine due to "parked in a parent/child bay without a child present". The children were with the other half doing the shopping rounds, but ticket was still awarded.
The parking charge notice has the car number plate correct, but the colour of the car incorrect. Car is Silver, but it states black on the PCN.
Do I have room to Appeal? Really don't want to pay this fine!
All help welcome.

no you go back in the store and complain to the MANAGER
they have said wrong colour of car for one of two reasons
1: they are blind
2: in the hope that you will ring/write and name yourself
on second thoughts , both of thoseSave a Rachael

Firstly please read the NEWBIES section
It is fast becoming difficult to understand the mental breakdown that UKPC are going through at the moment ?
The purpose of a parent/child bay is to provide easy parking so you can get the kids out safely, do UKPC expect you to leave the kids in the car whilst you shop ????
You need to blast Asda on the conduct of the scammers they employ and provide receipts. Remind them that you have many options open to you to shop at so ask them to cancel the ticket on the grounds of pure stupidity by UKPC and allowing such companies to rip off their customers0 -
UKPC are scamming Muppets that's a fact!
"it says fine due to "parked in a parent/child bay without a child present"
I am sure this is not what it says on their silly PCN is it?
When this gets to POPLA, I would ask UKPC for their evidence that children were not driven to and from that car park!
All they can possibly supply is a witness statement from their fake bonus hungry attendent who comes from a stable of proven liars as reported all over the media.
UKPC are on final warnings with the BPA, and were suspended by the DVLA for falsifying evidence recently.0 -
Write back denying their claim stating that children were present shopping with another adult.
Demand their evidence and tell them that you are more than willing to see them in court and will cite their previous fabrication of evidence by dishonest wardens to boost their targets.0 -
or just go and see the manager and get it sortedSave a Rachael
