A member........ has been indefinitely suspended from eBay

Just received an interesting email from eBay telling that one of our buyers has been indefinitely suspended from eBay

A member with whom you've recently transacted has been indefinitely suspended from eBay within 90 days of registration.
We have removed any feedback they left for you or others.

eBay removes feedback when a member is indefinitely suspended for certain policy breaches within 90 days of registration.
eBay believes that members indefinitely suspended soon after registration shouldn't be able to permanently affect another member's account.

Does anyone know how I would find out who the buyer was?

I'm using Seling Manager Pro, so when this has happened to me, I check the Sold Items history I look for which buyer is NARU'd. SMP gives a lot more detail than regular Summary pages, so I'm not sure if it will work the same.

The transaction is still valid, but only the feedback is removed, so it should still be in the list.

We also use SM Pro & the 'eBay notes' normally show when users are NARU'd but we've had a couple recently which were NPB & they where NARU'd after we filed disputes against them.

Found the Buyer, by looking through the feedback 'left for others' & searching for NARU'd users
Buyer was http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/lindah4158, strange as she only has 1 Neg with 92 +ve



It looks like eBay are no longer flagging them as NARU'd, as eBay Notes only shows the disputes & international sales under each sale.

I wonder if the user was to be re-instated, would the feedback left for us be re-instated, as our feedback still shows on her account
