Nationwide valuation/offer

  • We applied as a joint application from Nationwide and was a very smooth process from Start to end.

We used Mortgage Advisor who was very helpful and was contantly chasing on our behalf.

    Mortgage application made : 17th October 2016
    DIP received : 17th October 2016
    Additional Paperwork requested : 19th October 2016
    Paperwork Submitted : 19th October 2016
Valuation Booked : 24th November 2016 ( Seller went on holidays that was the delay)
Valuation Received text from Nationwide : 24th November 2016 (Via Text Message)
Mortagage Offer Received via text message : 24th November 2016 (after 2 minutes of valuation text)

So it was very smooth from Nationwide. It could be due to Mortgage advisor chasing up on every stage for us.
