Nationwide valuation/offer

Hello, I have my nationwide mortgage valuation coming up, proving its all ok how long is it usually until you hear if you have your offer?

I remember last time I got a text to say valuation was fine and offer will be in the post but can't remember if it was the same day or not

Thanks!

We got a text the next day and the papers in the post about a week later. Suppose it varies on the circumstances though.

Ours took 2 weeks after valuation, as they have requested some more documents.

Expect it to take several days more than you think it should.

We had a valuation + home buyers report yesterday, organised through Nationwide. By about 8pm yesterday we got a text to say the offer was in the post.

Not heard anything about the home buyers report yet.

    Can be same day.

Can be up to five working days if plausibility checks needed as these aren't done until valuation back.

    Allow upto two weeks.

It can be a couple of days before they are posted and they are sent second class.
