Sub-letting leasehold flat

I have recently bought a leasehold property and wondered if someone could clarify this. I have this clause in my lease:
Not to assign underlet or otherwise part with possession of (1) part only of the Maisonette or (2) the Garage other than by a single underlease or assignment to include the Maisonette.
I just wanted to know if I am right in my understanding that I can sub-let the property as a whole.
Thanks

Should be good then. Just changes to insurance etc and the responsibility of being a LL.0
