Halifax Clarity - Rewards no longer available?

I have a Halifax Clarity credit card and was thinking of setting up a Reward Current Account so that I could take advantage of the £5 credit card cashback as detailed on the MSE website in the Cashback Credit Cards section.

However the Halifax Clarity weblink bears no reference to this reward and when I spoke to Halifax customer service they told me they no longer offered this. Is the info on the MSE website simply out of date or does someone know more about this that I'm missing?

It doesn't exist as a separate card, But you get the £5 reward on the Clarity f you meet the requirements of the terms and conditions (section 11)

Halifax customer service don't know their own products.

Just to add that I applied for one of these yesterday and the advisor mentioned the £5 reward without any prompting.

Yes, I walked in yesterday to ask too. Basically there is no such thing as reward clarity credit card now for new joiners, there is only clarity credit card and as long as you fit their requirements (have a premium account or deposit 1k a month into a regular current acc) and spend 300, you get £5.
