EDF and Quidco (cashback not tracked)

I applied on-line for a switch but it hasnt tracked.
Did anyone had the same problem?
Have you asked Quidco to investigate?
I have found quidco very supportive in the past regarding missing cashback claims
(unlike TCB who simply tell you to wait, wait and wait, ... and then say they that as the purchase didn't track, they have no proof you ever did apply through them, or that their agent says you went via a different referrer (but they won't tell you who) so usually deny the claim
