Does anyone know of an automatic method/site/program of keeping my computer clock on current time (like the radio signal clocks)?

Atomic clock, I've used it for years, small and reliable.

Assuming you have XP, you can have your computer get the current time from either windows.com, or some .gov site automatically from within date/time settings within the control panel. I personally don't trust M$ so I do it manually but I'm sure there are other websites that do the same thing that are more trust worthy than M$'s own site. Unfortunately, I can't think of any at the moment - can anyone remember such a site?0

If you don't want to use the inbuilt doobry in XP, you're looking for an NTP client.
If you want to use a server other than the ones listed, you need a public NTP server - a google for "public NTP servers" should throw up a decent list. There are 10 types of people in the world, those that understand binary and those that don't
In many cases it helps if you say where you are - someone with local knowledge might be able to give local specifics rather than general advice0 -
