I had store cards with Debenhams, Topman & Brantano in the mid 1990's to early 2000's and I believe I was Mis sold PPI on all thes cards, alas I no longer have any documentation and therefore I'm not sure of which banks underwrote these cards.
Can any tell me how I can proceed with a claim

The Santander > FOS > Genworth route is currently proving successful for those reclaiming store card PPI from around 2000 and earlier.
The Santander PPI team are helpful and can often tell you your old account numbers over the 'phone.
Genworth are the underwriter who have taken on the historic liability for store card PPI from the then Arcadia Group of stores (DP, Burtons, Top Shop, Debenhams, etc). Genworth's address is on the Mirror link [which you may have to Google as it doesn't always open from here]Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0 -
