just wondering if I am eligible for a network rail card. I cant get a young persons rail card because I am going to be a mature student doing a part time course so I'm hoping that I can get discounts on my travel with the network rail card.

I think you have to actually work for Network rail in order to get that card.0

it costs £20 and anyone over 16 can use it.
however:
its only valid after 10am mon-fri
only valid in south east (they class south east as all south west trains servces as far as exeter, all southern services, all fgwl services and all south eastern trains.
£16 minimum before 10
check the website but that shoudl be correct.0
