How long after midnight the day your PIP's due does it usually arrive? I've been checking every time I wake up, and finding nothing.

That is purely down to your bank - a BACS payment will be paid whenever your bank choose to do so.
If you want to know, call your specific bank and ask them. It is purely their choice, not the DWP. And they have until 23:59 to pay it, so perhaps stop with the obsessive checking?0
