MET parking PCN

Hi,

I've just received a PCN from Met Parking for overstaying in a McDonald's car park by 2 hours. The reason for the overstay is because I honestly didn't see any signs or realise there was a time limit (2 hours). The reason for the overstay is because I was in a costa next door to McDonald's. I spent a fair amount (around £20) that day in Costa as well.

Is there any way of not paying the fine or not?

Any help would be much appreciated.

is the costa part of the Mc D complex , or is it a separate concern ,


ie was the car park for both costa and Mc d customers , or just Mc D

For both companies, including other services at the site as well

have you tried going back to the shop and speaking to the manager?


although how anyone can spend 4 hrs in a costa beats me?
