I've recently been the recipient (aka victim) of a forced Windows 10 update.
Looking in Control Panel, there an option to:-
"Back up and Restore (Windows 7)"
Odd thing is, my PC had 8.1 on it, not 7

Congratulations, welcome to far superior version of windows compared to 7, 8 or 8.1.
The luddite in you will soon be relegated to yesteryears along with windows 95, xp, vista, 7, 8 and 8.1.
