in july 2015 like a rabbit caught in headlights i fell for ideal worlds sell of an apple mac book ,at just under £400 it was expensive enough but it is great, until a month ago when the magsafe charger became so hot that it blistered my finger, i contacted ideal world and was told it was still covered under their year warranty yet after countless emails they have come up with a solution of giving me a phone number and sort it out myself ,they are covered by the sale of goods act which means they should replace it or repair yet they have washed their hands of it , any ideas what i can do ,,thanks

the number was what they called an independent supplier an 01908 number i didn't ring it mainly because it was ideal world who i delt with ,they took my money and offered an imaginary warranty not a 3rd party0

SHocking company to deal with, I had issues a few years ago when they took far too much from m account and it took ages to finally get them to issue a refund.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
