Unable to have credit report generated. Any ideas?

Thanks for all the help and advice.
I did contact Equifax and Experian, and both confirmed if my electoral role details were correct, then they should still be able to generate something - as they did with my children. However, they cannot look into it any further as I'm not a 'member'. So after I visit my bank this week and sign up for a credit card, I'll join one of the 30 day trial agency's and see if I can resolve it that way. I'll report back once I have some answers in case it helps anyone else out with a similar query.0 -

We can generate a copy of your Experian Credit Report even if you are not currently showing on the electoral roll. The information which you see on your report would be based on the details which have been sent to us by lenders that you have agreed to share your information with as well as public information such as the Electoral Roll details.
