Taking your dog on holiday?

I have just been given the most fantastic tip for travelling with my dog. Although he is microchipped and his name tag has my mobile number, it was suggested to me that I buy a "key fob" and write the address of where I am staying on it and attach that to his collar. That way, if he gets out, anyone who finds him will know he is on holiday and can bring him home. Another suggestion was to use the small luggage tag samples that came with my home laminator and thread that thru his collar (cut down to size). I could also write a description of our car, and the licence plate.
