Resetting up!

Hey guys,
Just a quick one, I had to have windows reset up because a file went corrupt (long story)!
But basically now I need to set my PC up again..I can't remember what I put on there because it was a year ago.
Can you help with suggestions of good antivirus, firewalls, adaware protection etc.

Have a look around this forum, there is lots of good advice and reviews for good free anitvirus, firewalls etc.Do I Need It ? .......... Do I Want It? .......... What Will Happen If I Don't Buy It? .......... I'm So Confused I Need Help!0 -
as a default put Grisoft AVG and Grisoft anti Spyware on it, both free. If you don't have an Office disk then add Open Office for word processing & spreadsheets.0
