Hi.
Am extremely worried. My dad has ccj and bankruptcy on his name and address in which I live in. My mum has recently got a cifas marker on her report usig the address i live in her score is 222. I want to start my life and move away into a new home. I have 999 credit score on my name. I also have a morgage in principle with halifax. I have all 25% deposit saved. Am about to put an offer on a house soon. But worried my morgage application will decline because of my two parents. Is this really the case.
Will lenders look at all the family members in that address? And base a decision. If parents are like that chances are daughter will turn out like them.
am worried. I will be the sole applicant on the morgage.
Thank you xx

Addresses don't come into it nor are the credit scores taken into account as lenders don't see them, your credit history is what matters.
Good luck with the mortgage.0 -
