Our conservatory roof has leaked since we first moved to our current home, we paid to transfer the warranty supplied by Anglian as it still had 5 years remaining, however, they seem unable to fix the roof.
The fist visit was on the 7/8/2012, they have visited 16 times since that date, the last being the 13/5/2016 and when we had heavy rain this afternoon, it was apparent that the roof still leaked.
They do not reply to written complaints and when we phone them, they expect us to take yet another unpaid day off work for them to visit, which would not be a problem if they could stop the roof leaking :mad:
Any suggestions please on how to deal with this useless company?

Sadly, we have emailed and written complaints to them, they do not reply.

In the link it mentions the glass and glazing federation who you can escalate the complaint to..

Don't know if this is any help at all but our conservatory was built by Anglian. After a few months, when the weather became very bad, we had water running down the wall where the conservatory was attached to the house. We also discovered that our neighbour had the self same problem. Anglian eventually, after trying a few fixes, accepted that we needed cavity trays fitted in the house wall above the conservatory.....sorted :j It was quite a big job and they did both at the same time under their guarantee. Hope you get it sorted soon.
