Indigo PCN despite displaying Disabled Blue Badge at hospital

Excellent.
It would be great if your pressure on the Chief Executive does result in the Hospital Trust changing its charging policy for the benefit of all Blue Badge holders. Who knows, maybe the Trust would even extend this to non-BB holders with EA 2010 protected characteristics?0
