It's been a farce. The statements contradict each other. The whole process has been one of shouting at my son and constantly calling him a liar at the disciplinary, lies and fabrications (in fairness, that's my opinion). The hospital agree that the injury was caused by his foot being crushed but the company choose to ignore the facts and rely on someone who doesn't even work in that department making a decision on the contradictory statements and discounting the medical opinion. I just wanted to know about his situation with regard to benefits as he remains covered by sick notes as his foot remains injured and may require surgery which would take 12 months to recover from. Hopefully not and, once he is mobile again, he can start looking for work..0
