Photos Folder on Google Drive?

How do I designate that all photos taken with my iPhone/iPad go to a particular folder on Google Drive.

Try youtube for videos (may give a general intro to IFTTT rather than specifics for your request).

0. register with IFTTT at

1. install IF for ios on one (or more) of your devices
https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/if-by-ifttt/id660944635?mt=8
(this is what IFTTT servers communicate with on your Apple devices)

2. grab the recipe

a. connect to channel "ios photos"
https://ifttt.com/ios_photos
b. then grab the recipe
https://ifttt.com/recipes/128830-any-ios-photo-save-to-google-drive

Click on "advanced settings" to see the various variables. Have a play.

Gave it a try but couldn't (work out even using You Tube videos) how to get the Recipe to work with 2 different devices. Tried 2 similar recipes, one for the iPad and one for the iPhone but that didn't work either.

Also for some reason despite telling the recipe to go to one particular folder in Drive it kept sending the picture to the default one i.e. Google Photos!! :mad:

Also not sure what all those {{ }} meant.
