WTC Reduced?

New to WTC this is the second year I have claimed it.
My WTC has been reduced from around £50 pw to £20 pw they have been no recent changes in circumstances last ones I made was my partner finished working in November... I have not had my renewal pack so no changes there.
Any reason why it could have dropped by quite alot?
I'll ring them when I wake just wondering if anyone has had the same problem.

I've just been on Tax Credits online for the first time and updated it with my new estimated earnings for 16/17 (nmw gone up to £7.20) and amended my partners as it was still showing that he was earning even tho his hours were as 0 (Maybes that could have caused the problem?
I also noticed you can do your renewal online do you need the renewal forms for a number/password before you can do this?0 -
Without knowing more it's impossible to comment on your payments.
Yes you need to wait for the renewal form as the website stays you need the reference number from it.0
