Does anyone know if there is a water fountain for public use. My friend said she always takes an empty bottle when she flies from Manchester airport cos there is a water fountain to use.
Thanks

There used to be one in departures at EMA but it hasn't been there for some years, unless I have missed it.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0

Never mind just thought it was worth an ask. My son only drinks squash and I have one of those conc bottles that I dilute with water. I would rather buy a beer or a coke but I buy water for him. Just be easier if I could just get a bit of tap water.0 -
I usually ask a staff member at a cafe to fill up my water bottle when I'm at the airport. It has never been a problem.0

Presumably water comes out of the taps in the loos?0

missbiggles1..........It's just hot water in the loos now at airports.
I used to ask for tap water at the food places at LGW but now they do have fountains, if you know where to look, they do hide them.0 -

Really - I didn't know that.:o
Presumably it goes cold though - the OP wants to take it on a flight, not drink it there and then.0 -
Yes you are right about that but not too sure I would fancy it, bizarre I know but.....0
