    You'll definitely win at POPLA against NCP, or rather NCP will withdraw once you make the POPLA appeal.

    I have a number of successful appeals against NCP and one of them referenced in the appeal actually referenced a previously successful POPLA code and Ticket number in error, so I'm not entirely sure they actually read the details when it goes that far but simply cancel the ticket!

    I wouldn't recommend you do that though and it would have been my fault had it not been cancelled due to my own carelessness!!
