Looking at the headlines, nobody has told the good people of Wood Green yet!
Top 6 stories from the Tottenham Independent:
1 Campaigners fear a huge new block of flats will be "unaffordable"
2 Man jailed for life after murdering a man and leaving his body near a railway line
3 Edmonton man jailed for 11 years after unexplained kidnap and assault
4 Kebab restaurant stripped of licence after 'street brawl'
5 Police searching for two men after teenage girl was raped near playground
6 Man arrested after 20 year old man left with serious facial injuries in assault
Jeez, I'd hate to have lived there when it was still rough
Still as you say, no SNP so it's not all bad news.0 -

The big Haringey court is in woodgreen so all the big news tends to trend under woodgreen banner and the hotel is only open to VIP's at the mo.
Saying that, evening standard did do a big article yesterday.

having a quick look at the Sydney Herald I see
-Molotov cocktails thrown at the homeless
-Candidate quits over sexually explicit impersonation
-Remember the driver who hit Col
- Boy, 7, hit by 4wd in Sydney's north0 -

If two of the top four stories are about road accidents then I think I'm living in a pretty safe city! Especially given that the SMH covers the whole city, not just a bit of it.
Throwing petrol bombs at homeless people is a bit nuts!! Still, it sounds like the police nicked them which is good news.0 -
