Does anyone know about a VIP lounge black card.

Just wondering how they work an old friend said she paid yearly for it and she signed me in free, is it through a certain bank, I do remember she banked with lloyds and hSbc or is it something bought separately.
Ps all I remember it was a black card that was swipped at the reception in the lounge as we entered thought I would look into it.

Probably Priority Pass, it is offered with some bank / card accounts, or you can join with them directly. Various packages are available, either base membership and you pay for each entry, a higher charge with 10 entires included, and a still higher charge with unlimited visits (subject to lounge capacity) for a year.0
