Elite management PCN

Hi, I'm new to this but found I will get the help here. I have received a PCN from elite management however on the PCN it is not my number plate they have got it wrong. I want to appeal this but not sure how as I don't want to give my details as they have the wrong details anyway. Also they stuck this ticket on my car with 10mins of me ariving when I was still checking the parking policy. I finished work at 5pm and didn't get to the car park till 525 the earliest and the ticket was at 532. Should I appeal before the 14 days so it's at the reduced price if I have to pay? It's been 7 days already. Any help will be appreciated

So I should wait until day 25. They have got my number plate wrong on the pcn so I know I will not receive a NTK. So should I appeal on day 25 saying they have my details wrong and therefore will not be paying and should not provide them with my details.

    How wrong?
How do you know you won't get a NTK, they will have taken photos and will suss it from them if it was a mistake, though there is a train of thought here that they do that on purpose so you out yourself thinking it's a valid appeal point.

No. If they've got your VRM wrong, they will be writing to someone else, not you. If they find the error before and send you a NtK then you have a potentially winning appeal point as the windscreen ticket and the NtK must match exactly.

This is one case where you actually wait for the NtK before any appeal action. Come back if you hear anything further.

I agree, keep all paperwork and any evidence such as photos of the signage etc and wait for an NTK (keep the pcn)

if you get an NTK , appeal as KEEPER, no revealing who was driving

even better if the pcn and NTK dont match on the VRM details :)

play the long game on this one although we would not advise it normally

I do agree that they will have photos and are likely to try to rectify their mistake , they may even fail to send the NTK between day 29 and day 56, providing the OP with more grist for the mill

wait for the NTK, do nothing yet, come back if there are developments for further advice

I'm just worried that another driver will receive a ntk and not know what is going on. They have mistaken a O for a D on the plate. So if they get any details they will not be mine. I was thinking of sending them an email with no details except the reference asking to see a picture of my vehicle to confirm it is for me before takING the matter further

NO. DO AS ADVISED. That means do NOTHING yet. This is a case of waiting for a NTK, because of the VRN error. Keep that PCN!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You came here for advice. Mine is to take the advice given by experts unless you think you can do better yourself.
