Bangkok Airways payment problem

Had a Santander authorisation failure when trying to pay for some Bangkok Airways flights...

( I had successfully booked and paid for some Thai Airlines flights on same card not long before, so maybe it looked a bit suss to Santander security systems )

Anyway, spoke to santander, and they have updated system to confirm they were genuine transactions, and advised should be ok to re-attempt payment.

Problem is that : I have a reservation code for BK Airways flights, and i can access all the flight & passenger details ok, but there is no way to pay online that i can see.

The options seem to be to call them in Thailand, which i dont really want to do, have emailed them, but got auto-response, basically saying that email help is from 08:00 - 18:30 local time - i have asked if any way to pay online.

Hopefully when i get up in morning will have had proper email response, as they are obviously +7 hours .

Think booking is cancelled if i dont pay within 24 hrs, i suppose i could let it time out then rebook, and hopefully Santander wont mess up this time ( i appreciate they are taking these actions to protect their customers )

Bangkok Airways prices don't fluctuate much so it's likely to stay the same if you go through the booking process again. Their CS is quite good so you may have a response soon. Thailand is GMT+7 - so only six hours ahead of British Summer Time.
