HSBC locked out of Internet banking

Due to getting in debt a few years ago my parents control my HSBC online banking so I can't spend too much
Anyway they've just been locked out of the online banking because the secure key has a low battery so hasn't been displaying all the digits properly.
Can I go into branch to get a new secure key ordered and the account unlocked or do I have to telephone India?
What questions are they likely to ask? (As it has been so long since I actually logged in myself I might get stuck with certain questions!)

Do you have your telephone banking number?
Call them: 0345 740 00040 -
Correct HSBC number is 03457 404 404. They will identify you by asking you for 2 digits from your telephone security number.
They will block the faulty secure key for you and send you an activation code for a new one that they will also send to you or you can collect a new secure key from a branch.0
