Google Account on Android

I’ve got S4 and Android 5.0.1. My problem is when I click on Google Account in settings and box appears ‘unfortunately, a settings has stopped’. This only happens on Google Accounts and not any other accounts. I can’t open Google Account. I have uninstalled and re-installed, deleted data and cache.

I don't want to do factory reset.

Any help?

1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap the More tab.
4. Tap Application manager.
5. Swipe left or right to go to the All tab.
6. Scroll to and tap Google Play Store.
7. Tap Uninstall updates.
8. If that fails I think only a factory reset might work.

I think a virus is overloading the system causing it to hung up. Why not back up all your data to a computer and perform a neat clean up or factory reset of your cellphone.

My problem still exists...but I have found another way to get to Google Account. Opening up Gallery, click on a picture, go to settings, click on Google Account.

Any way I can go to Google Account through Accounts?

Just back up your phone and factory reset it....
