If a message was sent to a non friend, and your account was deactivated, how likely is it that the message will be received? Will the name and profile picture be shown after the account has been deactivated?

Probably no picture, but the name should, however if the account is deactivated before the message is read then it may not show at all to the recipient.

I've used this messenger twice now nothing but problems with pornagraphic content appearing when used.
Will not use, too many problems :eek:

If the account that sent the message is deactivated then all the receiver will see is
"Facebook User" for the name - and no picture.

it will show up as facebook user but you won't be able to see picture. Also, facebook won't let you see message if a person account is already deactivated. But in some circumstances facebook let you see the message.
