The Prize shall consist of the following:

Return economy flights from any London, UK airport to Las Vegas Mccarran airport for the Winner and their guest. Flights will include:
Access to the airport lounge (if applicable) at the Winner’s chosen London airport.
One item of hand luggage per person (max 5kg) and one item of hold luggage per person (max 23kg).

Return private airport transfers from Las Vegas airport to Las Vegas hotel (return transfers to London airport not included).

4 nights accommodation at a 4 star hotel (chosen in Topman’s sole discretion) in Las Vegas, USA, based on two people sharing a double or twin room. Winner will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit.

A Topman shopping spree for the Winner up to the value of £500 to be redeemed at a Personal Shopping Appointment at a Topman store offering this service. Topman will contact Winner in advance to arrange the Personal Shopping Appointment. Winner is responsible for any amount spent over £500. No cash alternative for any amount not redeemed.

Prize is being arranged and booked by IMS Agency.
Prize must be taken by 31st May 2017, and cannot be taken on the following dates:
- Between 25th June and 10th July 2016
- Between 20th November 2016 and 7th January 2017
- Between 25th March and 15th April 2017
All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time.
Winner will be required to sign and complete a “winner information and prize acceptance form” (“Acceptance Form”), and the Winner and their travel companion must submit copies of their passports in order to enable IMS Agency to arrange the Prize.
Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice of travel after completion of their Acceptance Form, unless stated otherwise.
Winner will be required to submit three preferred departure dates, each date must be at least one calendar month apart.
Once booked the Prize cannot be amended or altered
Travel insurance (insurance provider at IMS’ sole discretion) will be supplied to the Winner and their guest before departure, subject to no pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the Winner and / or their travel companion are aged 65 or over.
Spending money and meals are not included in the Prize. Winner shall be responsible for all other costs. All taxes (including without limitation national and local taxes) in connection with the Prize and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
(a) The Winner and their travel companion may be required to provide appropriate government issued photo identification (such as a valid passport) at time of travel, and are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents and complying with all other travel requirements. Where travel is included in the Prize no changes will be made to travel itinerary or other travel details once any portion of travel arrangements have been made, except at Topman’s sole discretion. Topman is not responsible for changes in schedule or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay.
(b) The Winner must bring a credit card for settlement of incidentals not included in the Prize and the Winner shall be responsible for all expenses not specified in the Prize description above.
