Tesco Direct

On Sunday I ordered items from Tesco Direct, to use my voucher double up before items I wanted sold out (as often happens).
When I collected the parcel, one item was missing and I was told that due to computer problems it would be dispatched separately.
Having heard nothing today, I called and was told the item actually arrived in store yesterday, so could be collected....and I happened to mention that, since ordering , the item had gone down from £99 to £69.
To my amazement , the helpdesk lady told me I would get a refund of the £30, as apparently there is a price promise (I thought it only applied to groceries ).
