where on earth do I start?

Hey, Newbie here. Pleased to meet you all, TBH im not that new, i have been reading for a while.

I am looking at PPI at the moment, my Husband has always been self employed since i have known him and recently he was contacted from RBS who he held a credit card with to say PPI was on his account but on review it possibly was not made clear the PPI was optional etc and he was due a refund of just shy of £400 which was duely paid and that was that but i am now thinking what else did he have that may or may not of had PPI on it. Is it just a case of contacting every provider we can remember and asking or is there another way?

Look at your statements. Its not hidden. You just have to read them. Many people dont read them. Some dont even take them out of the envelope.
