Barclays health insurance

Hi, I have a Barclays joint account. It's a free account with what we thought was no added extras. We have just found out we have been paying £7.62 a month for health insurance that we didn't even ask for!
Is this legal and can you reclaim?

Its very unlikely it was just added without your approval - If it was you can obviously complain. Is this a Barclays policy or is it a DD to a different company such as HSA (Hospital Savings Association) for example, I would think for £7.62 it can't be much of a health policy.
