Esa reassessment support group to wrag question

The claimant is entitled to be paid for 365 days outside of the Support Group (this does not include the assessment period if the claimant went directly into the Support Group, even at appeal). If fuf's son has not previously had any time in the WRAG then they have 12 months grace before being means-tested.

If they have an income low enough to be entitled to income-related ESA they can get a 'top up'. As mentioned up thread, the ESA3 is the correct form to assess this.
