    (note the comment about it only being sold be e-plumbshop and other vendors selling an inferior product - I bought from e-plumbshop)

    It's very good, but does need to be plumbed in to both hot and cold water supplies, which might be an issue in a rental property. I haven't used the type that are installed in the toilet itself, but the cheap ones always looked very flimsy and cumbersome, and the good ones cost a lot - the spray gun seems much more practical to me. There's very little to go wrong as it's essentially just a mixer shower.
