I am sorry, but if, as you agree, the phone is bent, you haven't been looking after it.
This may be an inherent fault, but you haven't helped yourself by not looking after the phone.
I'd also suggest buying a second hand phone or finding another company that will repair it, at your cost. Its better than paying £500 for a new phone or paying for a service that you can't use.
I've never had a phone bend in decades of using one! I always protect them with rigid cases and the best screen protectors.0
