I got mine! £1500+

I have just made a claim from Lloyds TSB for mis-selling me bank accounts, I had wanted to do it for ages but couldn't find my account number, (I have since moved to Santander), I decided one Sunday afternoon I would give it a go. As it happened I didn't need the bank account number just the sort code!
I filled in the form from MSE and sent it off (Sunday 2.30pm ish), the next day (Monday) at 3.45 pm I got a text from Lloyds to say they were going to contact me, at 4.15pm the phone rang and the lady asked me lots of questions and I explained that I had been a single mother and every time I had been to the bank for help they had always told me to increase my overdraft I had 'improve' the type of account I had, this resulted in me going from a no fee 'Classic' to a £25 a month 'Premier'.
She said thank you and told me she would be in touch later! I fully expected later to be a number of weeks, but the phone rang again at 7.00pm and she told me that she wouldn't pay out on the first account change because I had used the AA service (part of the account) and she wouldn't pay out on the second account change as I had registered my phone with them, I had never claimed but I did register. However, she agreed that they had mis-sold m the Premier account and therefore I would get a refund of £1545.56. :j This was paid into my bank account by the Wednesday. I was impressed not only with the speed of service but the pleasant customer service too.
